Louise's Farm Kitchen unsmoked Christmas Cider gammons are cured using salts and cider.


The flavour of the cider really complements the pork and if your looking for something that extra bit special this Christmas then look no further. 


This gammon is boned and rolled for easier carving.


They all come from happy free range pigs where they can forage and root aboot as pigs do best!


The breed of pigs are oxford and sandy blacks which is a traditional breed which means it is slower growing than conventional breeds.
