Farming has been in the Stephen family for 3 generations.

Established in the 1970's by Eric J Stephen, Thorneybank Farm Shop started out as a bench at the side of the road selling surplus veg to the local community.  The shop has developed over the years and we now offer the most unique shopping experience in the North East of Scotland.

 

In November 2018 we invested in vending technology to enhance our customers shopping experience.  Our vending machines were the first of their kind in the UK, they are clean, safe and very user friendly.  Cash and contactless payments are accepted.

We grow our own vegetables and tatties.  The fancy pieces are made in house and we work with a small group of local trusted vendors and distributors to bring the finest food products.
